From time to time Green Bay Bible Camp will appeal for funds for a specific project, such a project would usually be listed here, with an opportunity to jump immediately to our donation page. We are currently accepting donations towards our New Dining Hall project.

All spending of funds is confined to Green Bay Bible Camp approved programs and projects. Each restricted contribution designated toward an approved program or project will be used as designated with the understanding that when the need for such a program or project has been met, or cannot be completed for any reason as determined by Green Bay Bible Camp, the remaining restricted contributions designated for such program or project will be used where needed most as determined by the Leadership Team.

Green Bay Bible Camp is a registered charity in good standing with the Canada Revenue Agency.  As such we comply with all regulations and requirements for charitable organizations by the Canada Revenue Agency, and the Income Tax Act. Our business and registration number is 10745 0710.

Donations to Green Bay Bible Camp are eligible for an official tax receipt. Receipts are processed and mailed out in January following the close of the tax year on December 31st each year. By policy tax receipts are issued in January for all eligible donations received during the previous tax year.  Please make sure you give us your full name and mailing address at the time of donation, or let us know if you have recently moved, to insure you receive your tax receipt in the mail.

Your regular contributions will be used to support the ongoing operations of the ministry unless otherwise designated. Our PayPal donation button allows you to set up a recurring donation using your PayPal account. If selected, the donation will recur monthly on the same day of the month that you make your original donation. You will be able to manage (cancel) your recurring donation through your PayPal account.

At this time we can only offer monthly pre-authorized debit contributions. Transactions are collected on the first business day of each month.

No individual who designates money for a specific camper will be provided a tax receipt as a charitable donation.

Donors who designate their donation generally to “camper support” will receive a tax receipt for their charitable donation.

As “camper support” donations are received we will match that money with kids or families who have applied for and been approved for sponsorship based on genuine need, taking applications in order by date received (without bias).

Cheques mailed to us in an envelope which has a post-mark by Canada Post dated on or before the last day of the year are eligible for a Revenue Canada tax receipt for that tax year.

Donations made online through PayPal before the end of the day (midnight) on December 31 of any year will be eligible for a tax receipt for that tax year.
