Summer Camp 2020 Installment Payment Update – March 31, 2020

SUMMER CAMP 2020 INSTALLMENT PAYMENT UPDATE
With the current COVID19 situation we totally understand some of the concerns expressed about the upcoming the April 1 auto payment.  We are still hoping and planning for Summer Camps 2020 but also know that things are changing day by day and the possibility of not being able to proceed may be a reality we face, we are hoping this is not the case. We are therefore deferring the April 1 2020 auto payments to May 1 2020. We will reassess the situation as we get closer to that date. If we are unable to operate some or all of Summer Camps 2020 due to government regulations/restrictions you will be eligible for a complete refund of all camp fees and Camp Store (TAB) deposits you made for those Summer Camp(s) 2020 that we are unable to run. If you have any questions about our regular cancellation process please review our cancellation policies online. Any questions or concerns regarding the April or May installment payments or regarding  your summer 2020 camp registrations can be directed to our team at fun@greenbay.bc.ca.
